    I´d say you are missing some dextrose in there. Otherwise looks good, just be sure to calculate the qty of each compound to your body - dont overdo it.

    Personally, I would recommend looking into Max OT. A lot of compound exercises, few sets, low rep range and heavy weights, and enough recovery time.
