Try adding in cardio over time and see if they helps.

Yeah. I typically do Pull/Push/Legs/Off if im doing deads on pull day.
Its a main compound movement outside of the 3 big ones.
^would not do that if you're doing squats on push days.
Deads, barbell rows, pull ups, pull overs
OHP, lateral raises, upright rows.

DOMS aren't always a determining factor if the muscle group has been worked.
Hard to tell since you're doing different poses. Seems like there are some gains.
