Right on. I feel my legs more when my heels are elevated. It also allows me to do a deeper squat. Be careful though; some prominent writers have suggested that this practice may lead to knee damage....
That's the general area. But, most of what's circled are the intercostals. The serratus lies right above the intercostals. Move just slightly up and you have it. In order of appearance: lats,...
You circled the intercostals. The serratus lies right above the intercostals.
As for the wonders of the pullover:
UPPER, INNER CHEST FULLNESS. Even Mr. Olympia and the runner up, Victor Martinez believe in the power of the dumbbell pullover. I really can't say enough good...

I forgot to add:
8. HEAVY CHEST WORK
This is the list. It is definitve because there are really no more exercises that will work the serratus like those TOP three. ANY bodybuilding manual and...

Yes, that last post was a joke.
The pullover and pullover variation have worked for me in helping build up the serrartus muscles. I don't care why or how it does this--it just does--for me anyway. And apparently for Arnold....
I really didn't read it. I was just trying to be helpful because, in general, exrx has some decent information. In this case, it actually seems to be off.
This analysis is somewhat off. But, it gives some details.
