I use a lot of ginger for nausea and digestion.
I would up the cals to 3000. Starting from an underweight point will most likely cause a hyper metabolic state that needs to be fueled.
If possible, I would return to inpatient and this time do outpatient transition as well.
Raw ginger tea first, then whatever seems appetizing. Things that seem to sit well for me:
mashed veggies or fruits

The serving size says "one scoop". There is no scoop provided. How may tsp should I use? It is unflavored, no additives.
