I find that my Optimum Double Rich Chocolate mixes with any other flavored supplement I put it together with: various Gatorade flavors, Purple Wrath, ICE, etc.... Seems to cover all bases. I've tried...

That's my ultimate sleep stack too. I've been out of ZMA for a while though, so just 3mg of melatonin and 4-6 grams of GABA work just as well.

When I was eating 3-4 cans a day at one point (that's right), I eventually developed a rash on my lower abdomen. That was my poisoning alarm bell. Stopping the tuna eliminated that. I rarely eat it...

I've got a Brita filter right on my tap that works great. Lasts at least a month, if not longer.
