So i'm still left with the question of, do I still need to buy Creatine if a weight gainer i'm gonna buy has 9 grams of Creatine Monhydrate in per serving? Thanks in advance.

Obviously they give you a great pump whilst you workout, but do you really keep the strength? SuperPump 250 are claiming a huge increase after just one use, they also said that you get a 25% lean...
Just make them up and put them in the fridge.
I always use a blender. Sucks a bit cleaning it all the time though lol.
