There's not much difference in the Creaine prices tbh mate, the MuscleTech costs 6 pounds a month....Aint bad really.

So this is what my stack now looks like each month (on a tight budget btw)....

SuperPump 250 - ?15.99
Nutrisport Weight Gain - ?13.50
MuscleTech Creatine Hardcore - ?11.99

Ok, just found a very reasonable Creatine, MuscleTech Hardcore - 12 quid for 60 servings!

So i'm still left with the question of, do I still need to buy Creatine if a weight gainer i'm gonna buy has 9 grams of Creatine Monhydrate in per serving?

Obviously they give you a great pump whilst you workout, but do you really keep the strength?

SuperPump 250 are claiming a huge increase after just one use, they also said that you get a 25% lean...

Just make them up and put them in the fridge.

I always use a blender. Sucks a bit cleaning it all the time though lol.
