I havent got any pb or cottage cheese or eggs, i only have cashews n a few almonds but already ate some earlier(handfull). Will it b ok to eat these again with a glass of milk? Or is this 2 much fat?
i am currently on a clean bulk, ive got huge cravings for pasta bolognese. I will be using lean turkey mince and wholewheat pasta with a light bolognese sauce. Is this ok for a clean bulking meal?

i cant stand the taste of pb mixed with cottage cheese, so i was thinking of eating the cottage cheese and mixing 2tsp peanut butter with milk and drinking it? Will it have the same affect?
