Right again! I was told at minimum, keep the antibiotic and the probiotic at least 2 hours apart. :)

Cases of Poland Spring water (for convenient traveling and drinking)
Fresh raw nuts, ie almonds
Steaks
Shrimp wheels
Chicken...
