i'm super ecto, i rely on a whey/pb/yogurt/oat/skim/banana shake once a day. i drink that when i cant make myself eat. sliced turkey is also easy to eat when you're not hungry
i'm the same way. all of my gym buddies have since quit and its annoying not being able to go to failure every time doing BB bench. today I'm going to start using the power rack and see how that goes.
