    Hadn't lifted in 2.5 weeks before today. Weighing between 140 and 145 still. Today I pulled 365x5 and 415x1 pretty easily. There wasn't enough room for 425 so I tried 435 and missed off the ground....

    Whenever I start lifting again lol. I didn't lift for a month and my weight is down to 142ish so I surprised myself my last two sessions.
