if you're using enb you can tweak the sky manually pretty easily by pressing shift+enter. look for desaturation values and lower them. climates of tamriel imho makes the sky even duller.
you are right pc exclusives are hard to find these days, but imo games are a better experience on the pc. i can think of very few instances where console gaming is any better. and not once did i say...
