Even if you are bulking drop the soda water(I am not even aware). Drink a ton of water and milk. You should have increases in water weight with creatine because of the water retention in the muscles....
Do you have a leg day? You mention Bench but nothing about squats...
Everyone has to start somewhere. Just jump on a program and keep protein intake high and you will make all kinds of gains.

Arm size has different factors like BF% and height. A guy that is short and higher BF% is more likely to have bigger arms then someone who is taller and a lower BF%. I would say given your height...
I think it would depend on how much a little is. If it is just a hair (1inch) i think it is okay but otherwise not okay
No they are not irrelevant but people only care about squat, deadlift and bench (Most of the time)

Thanks! I would love to gain weight but I want to stay in my weight class so I can make it to state next year and going up in weight would mean having to get a decent amount more to make it to state.

I have stay in my weight class which is 165 and I weighin at 164 so there is not much room to gain weight. I do plan on running more to try to lose some fat so I can gain muscle weight
I'm not sure what it was but today at my meet I got 225lbs for my 3rd attempt. 200 and 210 felt pretty easy, 225 was challenging but Im sure I could have got 230.
The coach makes makes workout. We typically do 3x10 or 4x4 with a decent amount if extra work. I have been lifting for about 2 years. Sleep about 7 hours a night. Only bench 2 times per week....
