According to bb.com this exercise isolates the lats more and less on the biceps. I this is true then is it a better back-building exercise than the traditional regular grip bb rows?

i know that push ups with the feet elevated help work the upper chest but does this mean that push ups with hands elevated work the lower chest?

Before you say anything ive done a lot of reading and i am not new to bodybuilding but which type of pullover in ur opinions is a better exercise?

to get the shape ur lookin for u need to hit the shoulder from ALL angles. You also need to do some trap work. I would recommend incorporating at least 3 of the following exercises into your workout:...
apart from pullups, wide pullups etc. are there any exercises that widen the back, i.e. with barbells, dumbells, bench?
