I lifted this weekend. 139 body weight I did a raw 369 SQ, 238 B, 435 DL. Came in 1st and broke the state records for my weight class and finally joined the 1000 lb club.
Mfp overestimates calories burned. I would only eat back 50% of them.
I'm serious about the emotional eating btw.
