One thing I found that helped me improve quickly on dips was rest paused sets. try a set to failure 3 times. you might get 4-2-1. 7 really good reps though.
you could go around to upper body machines where you stay seated, and do circuit training. lots of reps/little rest time. I imagine after a half an hour you would burn a lot of calories.
sounds like broscience. I don't think there is a magic window if time where your body just starts to burn lbs of muscle because you did the elliptical for 30 minutes. nonsense.
either incline DB press or chest dips.
Try dumbbell presses to feel the stretch. also weighted dips, hammer strength machines are easy to feel pecs working. Also I feel more chest with a slight incline or decline when benching.
