Another interesting thing about the metric system in the US was a that French guy was sent to help bring the metric system to the US and was captured by pirates and died in 1794.
I had a S&W Smegma (Sigma) back in like 2005. The trigger was god awful. Other than that didn't have a problem with it. I sold it like a year later and never looked back.
It's a great way to get runover here. The drivers here don't pay attention and many people don't even think to look for bikers so they turn and pull out across bike lanes without even looking.
