Since I'm bulking now, here's what I try to intake per day - normally eat about 6-7 times a day:

Meats: chicken/lean hamburger/turkey
Veggies: broccoli with cheese...

Well, I've recently taken Superpump and Vasotropin and this by far is better than the Superpump. As far as the Vaso goes, I've enjoyed taking that (6 pills) and no heavy crash, nice pump...Comparing...
