Im using "Dymatize" protein powder and to be fair it mixes well,tastes excellent and has good protein grams in it for the price.

As for maximuscle my friend down the street uses them and thinks...

Basically my height and weight etc is in my signature and ive been on various BMI calculator websites and they all say the same thing.

It says on nearly all these BMI site this: Your BMI is 28...

Basically as you probably already know, anymore then 50*ish* grams of protein per meal will go to waste, in my opinion i would only try to intake 250-300 protein per day

Basically i have prolab creapure and it obviously says do the loading phase but many have said dont bother with it. Why do they say this?

Also it says take 5grams a day i know this is cause any...

And why should i go away? Please explain

I've been searching these forums now for around a month and trying to dig as much infomation up about the right diet for me.

Basically im a very faddy eater and go to college 3days a week so cant...

Last question but if i do respond well to creatine isit a noticable effect ill get(i.e. stregnth,spped,endurance,size etcetc) or just a tad?

Okidoki but isit the fat look? cause a guy at my gym said he put a stone in weight on when he was using creatine.

Anyone notices big bloating whilst using this? and is the bloating a fat look?
