i always wear my jordan shorts, nike sneakers, a pair of mid cut socks, and 2 t-shirts. The one on the bottom to catch the sweat, the one on top for style. :)
Just started yesterday.. already lost 2.8 pounds. I know its water weight, but i'm very encouraged by the progress after only one day. I realize not everyday will be like this, but i plan on staying...

For me i love working out. Basketball is my way of incorporating cardio. Would you suggest weight lifting or cardio as the best way to burn fat and stimulate metabolism? Or is it a necessity to do...
