Oh, ok. So if for example you work out 4 times a week, you should take it only 3 times and therefore sacrifice a pre-workout pump?

Nope. Even two scoops did nothing for me despite starting from half a scoop, to one then to two and finally tried three. Did nothing.
Three times a week works for me.
