    Squat – 5 sets of 5 maximal intended velocity repetitions....still little sore so we stuck with working up to 275 for a deep squat on all sets....definitely needed the rest in between.

    Squat – 3 sets of 3-5 RM loads = alright first set was 275 and went pretty deep for 5 so we went 295 for a set of 3 on the last two and a good spot so i could go as deep as i could.!!!

    Squat – 5 sets of 5 maximal inteded velocity repetitions...worked up to 275 x 5 for all 5 sets...deep with a little pause at the bottom.


    Barbell Bench Press – 5 sets of 5 maximal...

    Squat – 3 sets of 3-5 RM loads....worked my way up to 275. on the final set i went deep for 3 and semi deep for another 8 n just pushed through it!
