How much are you loving the 7dmkii and Tamron combo?

I'm thinking about upgrading from the 70d but not convinced it's worth the expense.

My wife talked me into spending the extra and getting the 15". I'm glad she did, it's not too big and I'm happy to have the extra real estate and processing power.

As a hobbyist strictly, I'm trying to decide if the extra $700 is worth it to go to the larger 15 inch screen. I realize the RAM is doubled and it is a quad core...

I have had mine for almost two years now and have zero complaints. I've used it for both portraits and nature shooting and am always impressed with the sharpness.

I'm having it printed 11x14 to see how noticeable it is as a print. I'm ok with a little grain on screen if the prints are relatively clean.

Yes. The noise from the 70D is driving me nuts. And I cropped it from landscape to portrait orientation.
