    I failed my 10 rep bench by 2 reps..... not sure if its a once off.... if i fail again do i just persist and then not up the weight...

    tips for very slow bulk

    i am wanting to slow bulk as im 5'6 155lbs at around 16%bf

    Been lifting for about 2 years (cut, bulk, cut, holiday)

    came back from a holiday cut down a little but no point cutting at the moment...
