I just want to let everyone know how easy it is to add more calories by drinking more skimmed milk..
I'm now drinking 2.5 liters a day, and I feel great.. :)

Switching to orals would be a smart choice. Save the transdermals for when your wife isn't nursing anymore. IMO.
There will always be a little bit of variation in the protein carb and fat content of certain foods.. Just use the info on the packaging...

You need to take protein isolate, or protein hydrolysate, mixed with high GI carbs in water. Maybe you should try searching for something like "post workout drink" ???

A lot of people will tell you it only works for cutting, but during bulking I recover a lot faster when I take glutamine..
