my trainer told me that workout machines like biceps triceps shoulders etc.... will only give you strength and wont make you any bigger unlike bars

i used to hit the gym and i got some good results but then i stopped
so when i got back to working everything was fine except for the back exercises

when i do the back exercises my legs shake so...

a lil hunch caused by sitting on the pc alot cause i work on it
