There are far worse things you could drink/eat than white bread, low fat ice cream, and french fries (home made french fries, fried with good oil are actually good for you)...
I have the same problem, I just really concentrate on keeping my back flat on the chair, and I tilt it down a little so it's not perfectly vertical, but damn close.
I'd like to say i'd be in a 1 bedroom apartment with no running water, and work at Arbies as a cashier. My apartment would be 2 miles away so i'd be able to walk to work hence no car. Living it...
