Not at all. Haha, you just need to have priorities. I've gotten straight A's since 9th grade and don't intend to do anything different.
You will invariably lose a little bit of muscle, but you can combat that by keeping your protein intake high and continuing to lift weights.

None. Lol a lot of people only workout 3 times a week. You will be fine.. the rest will probably make u stronger if anything.
30 reps is definitely too much. You should be in the range of 6-15 for most exercises. As far as muscle gain, your calorie intake might be a bit low.
I'd say leg day or wednesday if it isn't too muh extra effort..

If you are looking to cut fat, just search cutting on the main site. Read a few articles and that should give you a good start.

Some people want to gain weight and some want to gain strength. You gained a ton of strength which is awesome... it all depends on your goals.
There are some programs you can focus on to get your lifts up quickly, but you should never hit it like this more than once in a long while.

I would say that you should first focus on gaining muscle because that will make it easier to lose the fact. Probably the most fundamental rule of body building is that you cannot lose fat and gain...
