Been 16 days today. Orthopedist wants me to keep it immobilized for ~3 weeks so that scar tissue has time to form and "hold things together". So I haven't tried moving the shoulder much.

Depending on her symptoms, she could do any form of exercise that does not put too much strain on her cardiovascular system - but once again, will all depend on her...

Can't you "feel" whether your levels are normal or not? If you don't feel anything wrong, then you are probaby completely healed.
