weighed in this morning at 179.0 lbs...havent weighed this since the summer of 2013. Also set a bench pr of 280 two days ago(pathetic i know, lmao) . I'll probably diet down to 170 then...
I feel great but my clothes are baggy as hell lol.Lifting is going pretty well. ive been doing an upper/lower type split like like this:
monday: upper heavy
tuesday: lower heavy
wed: upper...
Little update - I've been cutting for a little over two months. I'm currently down 15lbs and now sitting at 182lbs. Looking to be around 170-175 by christmas.
