Saturday was the first time I actually bought ON Gold Standard Whey. Used a variety of others and will see on Monday if there's a reason why it's always the most common protein with my friends.
I've found that doing shoulders after going hard on back (or chest) doesn't leave me with the energy I need to do shoulders well. If you have a fourth day try doing shoulders then.
Didn't want to take the time to make my own so I use ON Pro Complex Gainer. Only been on since monday but taste is good and it doesn't kill my appetite. (60G protein, 650 cal)
