Breakfest- Oatmeal, bannana & whey shake
Snack-Apple & natural peanutbutter sandwich
Lunch-Turkey sandwich, Yogurt & some pretzels
snack- home made fruit shake and some mixed nuts
Around 60-80 grams in food
Any workout is better then none.
Been drinking 2 whey shakes with 30 grams each, one in the morning and another after my workout. Would it be to much to add another 30 g shake in my day!?
