I bring a wrap with chicken/tuna + peanutbutter in them. I put em in a sandwich baggy and in my pocket, no problems...

fry some eggs (whites and a yolk or two)
nuke a sweet potato
mash up the eggs
mash up or cut up the sweet potato
combine the two
douse cinnamon over top
