I am not going to post my info, I just wanted to give you a heads up to be very cautious when comparing your stats and intake and activity level to other people. Every body is different...
i have used it in recipes, i like that it is so lo cal, but seems to go a long way! it kinda has a nutty flavor to it i think.
your recipe sounds good :)
ive used the zero carb for a long time now, i love it! i like chocolate and vanilla, and i think they taste good. the "fruity" flavors are ok, but a little bland i think.

well without knowing your stats, it is hard to say, but you might want to figure out the calories for everything, to make sure it is enough. ;) might want to consider a carb post workout as well. ...
