Good session today. Back and biceps. Some heavy deads. Worked my way up to 470x5 and then 500 for one easy rep. Been focusing on my core for a few weeks, seems to be getting better.
Next episode will be maaad bro. Last episode was really good, best of this season so far IMO.
I would wear it with pride here in Iceland, in the gym on heavy days or at home while getting ready for the gym.
