routine has been pretty much the same the whole period. training 8-15 reps usually. and no cardio ever, just kept my calories mostly proteins and carbs like oats and wheat bread
If I could go back yeah I would tweak a couple things here and there but overall you learn from your mistakes and thats what makes us who we are so yeah i really dont know man!
