im a hard gainer, ive been on "up your mass" gainer for 6 weeks now and gained 8lbs of muscle!! i love it...and the PB cookie flavor is awsome

if anyone has taken both of these what was the diff u seen between the two results wise?? ive take the stak and on my cycle of m-stak now but wna try the test next cycle...i really seen good results...

an update on using it after a month...usually have 2 servings a day, sometimes just 1....but ive gained 6lbs!!! fudge brownie is good, but the peanut butter cookie is where its at!!! i plan on using...

i know i have stak cause i have a seperate can of m-stak ive not even opened yet...so what are the red pills in the stak then if its not stims??

i noticed on the animal STAK that im taking, it has 2 red pills...are both these the stims??? they look excatly the same but seems like everyone says one pill

nope, i can take a pic of the paper thats in the STAK can that says it about the red pills if no one bieleves me, thats why im asking this! if the red pills in STAK isnt stims then what are they???

why does it mention the stim pill on the stak bottle and talk about removing it ?? thats why i asked

is the pre-workout stim pills both red pills in the pack or just one?? im gna wan take them out on my off days and just makin sure which ones they are

alright, well my workouts are usually after work around 7pm. so i thought maybe drink some early in the day then a serving after workout maybe?

well i ordered some orange triad and fish oil combo from the store, and gna try "up your mass" and see how it goes...should i get some micronized creatine too?

im lookin for something good for a pump and good energy push..ive tried all kinds of pre's like NO,jacked,1MR,superpump...but i cant handle stims or something with caffiene really...ive heard some...

what would u suggest for the bulk micro creatine?
