    have you tried it? also you suprse chest w/ 10x10 of a back exercise. after you also do a 3x12 supoerset of another chest and back exercise. so you wind up doing 26 sets, not 10

    Most gyms offer day passes at a reasonable price. Even if the front desk person says no ask to speak to the manger and see if you can buy a week (or however long) pass. It should be reasonably cheap....
