It's just an energy supplement, nobody should view it more than that, with that said, it's good as an energy supplement.

I like Jacked but I feel like taking two scoops or more is overkill, I'd cut it back and maybe add creatine and beta alanine separately. I don't consider Jacked a creatine/beta alanine end all...
