stretching is not issue with me. I just feel a little uncomfortable when am laying down (side sleeping) after exhausting sleeping on my back or bottom.

neckpain back again this time mainly on my nape...but having taken some aspirin i was able to sleep comfortably again.
My shoulders have become too big than they used to be causing me to sleep uncomfortable, what do guys think i should do?
