    She did some testing on it and a little adjsutment and felt is was really strong. So, hopefully I can get back to 500+ consistently on the decline and that will help me get back to 405+ on bench.

    Needle the injured area, muscle responds to it, once removed, they relax...over simplification but, you get the idea. I have had it done to my shoulders and glutes. It has helped.
