I went from almost 180 lbs down to 152 lbs now from zero...

I just got my test levels checked.. 266 ng/dl lol

I pretty much had 80 mg of caffeine at 11 PM before work.. 300 mg of caffeine at 3 AM.. then when I got off work at 8 AM.. I'd sleep from 9 AM to 11 AM, had 80 mg of caffeine and then sleep again...

Been pretty good.. officially worked my last day of graveyard earlier this week.. went from 5 days a week down to 2 days a week down to ZERO now
