It's been a while but I feel it's time to get my healed up ass back into the gym and try to get back to where I once was. Just thought I would start back by looking in here to see whats going on.
I am doing my aggro review this week. Sorry it has taken so long but between drywalling the basement, xmas and working around my wife's work schedule I just haven't had enough hours in the day.
Been using aggro for a week. I'm just trying a few different dosing protocols. I do find the 8 pills at once can give my stomach some Aggro so i have been splitting them up. Was only at the gym once...
Was back in the gym wednesday but just a light full body as i am helping my wife get back into the gym. Started the Aggro then too.
Went to the gym by myself today and that meant squats/ohp/deads....
The texas method is a 3 day week.
Monday: Volume Day
A. Squat 5 x 5 @ 90% of 5RM
B. Bench Press or Overhead Press 5 x 5 @ 90% 5RM
C. Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 90% 5RM

Definitely this. I try not to let it stop me. At 43 my lifts are way higher than in my 20's and I don't feel my age but my body does like to remind me now and then.
