Received my Vanilla Swirl yesterday. Had 1 shake yesterday and 1 shake this morning. The taste is good, but I like the taste of the Hyper Gro better. However, I'm loving the calories to protein...

I just used the nutrition labels to add things, the total macros don't end up equaling the calories quite right.

I'll put down what I eat at the end of today. I usually don't do my macros as a whole, just the cals and protein, but I can break them out pretty easily. The 340grams was way higher than normal...

Ya I feel that the Hammer Strength back machines hit my back better than most things. I typically have a hard time feeling barbell row even with squeezing my lats.

Do the upright rows ever hurt your rotator cuffs? I've heard the movement can be dangerous.
