Try reverse grip on your bench is see if it's better on your shoulders.
Looks good but the weight looks very light for your build. It's easy to have good form when the muscles are not being taxed. Get a working weight on the bar and post a vid.
It's got just the opposite with me. Regular grip hurts my shoulders.
Never tried the ez bar but may give it a shot.

I actually warm up my biceps first on most days. I am prone to tendon issues in the bicep (golfer's elbow). Getting the blood flowing and warming them up helps prevent problems down the road.
