    500 Calorie deficit isn't that big. Mostly the first few lbs you loose would be water weight. So, stick on a deficit, and you will lose weight. prolly 3 lbs isnt that big bro. Possibly muscle gains?

    You totally need to gain some mass.

    Maybe because I am an endomorph I retain more muscle.. (just a guess) But, I did a 2 and a half month bulk. Then cut for the summer. I can't actually bulk long because of my height.
