do cardio 5 times per week for 30 minutes. it should help you burn the extra fat as long as you're in a calorie deficit.
Damn you lost a lot of strength. How did you reach 255 lbs bench press. I'm struggling at 215 lbs... I cannot increase the weight anymore. Did you just eat a 500 calorie surplus to bench that much...
