been bodybuilding for around 2 months now and have put on quite a bit of weight, pretty sure a decent amount of it is fat though :/ does it look like i've put on much muscle?
The most i've seen any guy in my gym do is 50kg db flat bench (50kg in each hand)... and this guy was pretty big. So how the hell are you 155lbs guys claiming to be lifting 100+ pounds? Am i getting...
Been lifting for 2 months, im on a bulk at the moment but im really not sure i'm eating enough i weigh around 85kg, what should my calorie intake be for a bulk at this weight?
