Do this
Flat bench: 5 sets 12 10 8 6 12 reps add weight each time and on the last set go back to what you started with

Flat bench dumbell flyes: 4 sets - 12 reps

Incline dumbell press - 4 sets...

Id say around 12% and work your shoulders and arms your chest looks pretty good
