Did legs, cardio, traps today and some abs, but abs are killing me (threw the ball and couldn't keep going). Trying to go 4 times a week with my workout buddy.

Just got back from the gym, went for about an hour and half today.

Did a lot of exercises, only ones I remember are lat pulls, squats, bench, incline bench, dumbbell curls, and abs.

Pitiful...

I lifted a while about a year ago but stopped after only a month, this time around I have a lifting partner who goes 4 times a week and I'm really motivated to get fit this time.
