Thanks bro, and yeah man chicken breasts have less than 300 calories for 2 pieces, which id have to eat like 20 a day to get close to 3k cals. I need to be hitting at least 3,500 to bulk properly....

I want to get the mass tech due to it containing the 70g protein + 1k cals. Also has about 150g carbs so I'm guessing its good for macros.

I took in about 1.2k calories from 10am till 2pm. Ate a cup of cottage cheese and a yohgurt adding a protein shake at 2pm....

Protein : 1g x 170 = 170g daily
Carbs : 3-4g x 170 = 510- 680
Fat: .4-1g x 170 = 68- 170
